At Essentials Supreme, we want you to love every item you purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety & hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Beauty, skincare, or personal care items

  • Intimates

  • Health or wellness items

  • Discounted/clearance items

  • Seasonal or holiday items

  • Final sale items

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos, and we will replace or refund your item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear depending on your bank

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
